This completed registration form and $150 deposit are due by Friday, May 16, 2025, in order to reserve our spot.


We want to ensure that all your amazing children have an opportunity to participate in our Wolfpack Pride Marching Band. If you have any financial considerations that you need to discuss please reach out to our Booster Club Treasurer at npbbtreasurer1@gmail.com or to Mr Mack at tmack@paulding.k12.ga.us.



Ways to Save:


  • Pay in Full Discount: Families who pay in full by July 1 will receive a discount of $25. Please choose that membership when registering below.


  • Sibling Discount: Families will receive a 50% discount for each child beyond the first. Discount is taken off the lesser fee. If you will be registering siblings, please register the first child and then contact our Treasurer David Futch at npbbtreasurer1@gmail.com and he will provide details on how to complete the additional registration.



Marching Band dues include: one pair of gloves (woodwind, brass and weapon line only), bandannas for percussion, show shirt and shorts, leggings for guard, drill spot, show music and design, section instructors for Band Camp, season staff members, bus travel, competition fees, and more!


NEW marchers and color guard will need to purchase additional items as outlined in the handout provided.


Additional (optional) items can be added today if you choose. These items may also be purchased separately through the online store at any time while available. Please pay attention to the ordering deadlines

Uniform Water Bottle

This Water Bottle is considered part of the Marching Band uniform and should be carried on game days. If you have lost or damaged yours, you can buy a replacement here.

Orders placed by the deadline will be delivered on the first day of band camp. Orders after that time will be fulfilled ASAP but please note that time is needed to customize the bottle with your name label.

Marching Shoes

NEW MARCHERS: You will be fit for your shoes at Band Camp.


RETURNING MARCHERS: Outgrown or lost your marching shoes? You can purchase a replacement pair here. Shoes will be fit for size during Band Camp.


All shoes will be ordered with enough time to come in prior to the first game.

Meal Plan

The Band Meal Plan is offered to all band members, parent volunteers (pit crew, uniform, chaperones) and staff for the season.


There are a total of 13 meals during the season. This includes a meal before all 10 Friday night game (home and away), Paulding County Exhibition and lunch for both Saturday Mini Camps. Please note that Playoff Games and Competitions are NOT included.


We are unable to accommodate any allergies.


The meal plan is optional, and you do NOT have to purchase it. However, if you choose not to purchase the meal plan, your child will NOT be provided a meal and you must pack or bring your student dinner or lunch prior to them getting in uniform (typically on Fridays, dinner is served between 4:30-5:00 PM).

Custom Band Yard Sign

Show your pride for your favorite band student with a custom yard sign! These signs are 18" round, digitally printed and weatherproof. They come with the yard stake also. Please include name and instrument exactly as you want it to appear.


SENIORS!! Your Senior Dues include 2 Senior Yard Signs - one for the Stadium and one for your home. You do not need to purchase another one unless you need more than one at home.

Senior Dues are OPTIONAL. If you do not want the senior items, you do NOT have to pay for Senior Dues. We do receive bulk discounts, so we are not able to break out items. Please make sure to check the spelling of your name, as this is what we will use for your Senior Jacket.

  • Senior Breakfast before last competition
